Terms of service
- All payment is done through Paypal.
- Payment is due before I start working on your commission. You only have to pay when it's your turn in the queue.
- You are required to cover shipping costs.
- A ref sheet or reference material is required in order to be considered for a commission.
- Design changes are ok, depending on where I'm at on the felt. The new design MUST be approved by me.
- A refund may be requested depending on the completion of the commission. Once a commission has been completed, a refund will be denied.
- Commissions are guaranteed a 30-day warranty free felt repair!
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the felt for repairs

How does the commission progress go?
1. Once your turn, I'll give you a quote along with the felt colors I think best fit your fursona.2. Once colors are agreed upon, payment is due and then the felts will be ordered.3. Once felt arrives the commission begins!4. When finished I'll ask for a good address to ship it to.5. Get your package and live your best life with your new lil' fella!
How long does each commission take?
Usual turn around time is 1-4 weeks!
